We offer shipping within the Netherlands and across Europe.

Shipping costs:

• Netherlands: €7.95
• Europe: from €12.95 depending on the destination country
• Free shipping on all orders above €300

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and busy periods.

Riri’s Wear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

Free shipping from €300. Ordered today, shipped within 1–2 business days. Not satisfied? Returns are possible within 14 days at your own expense.

Returns are only accepted for eligible items that are returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Please note that custom-made jackets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are specially produced to order for each customer.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The clothing has been worn, washed, or used.
  
• Labels or tags have been removed.
  
• The item is damaged.
  
• There are stains, odors, tears, or any other signs of use.
  
• The print, design, or any other part of the item has been damaged.
  

The cost of returning an item is entirely the responsibility of the customer. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been successfully processed.
