Returns are only accepted for eligible items that are returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Please note that custom-made jackets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are specially produced to order for each customer.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The clothing has been worn, washed, or used.
- Labels or tags have been removed.
- The item is damaged.
- There are stains, odors, tears, or any other signs of use.
- The print, design, or any other part of the item has been damaged.
The cost of returning an item is entirely the responsibility of the customer. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been successfully processed.
